Hello! My name’s Erin, and I’ve been a full-time travel agent since January 2013 specializing in Disney destinations and family vacations. I also have experience with groups, military families, adults only trips, and families traveling with food allergies. In 2018, I completed my training with the Travel Institute to become a Certified Travel Advisor. This is a certification that requires a certain amount of annual training, so I’m always learning!
I live in Dublin (Columbus), Ohio with my husband, who serves in the Air Force, and one very active little boy. I have loved Disney, museums, and travel as long as I can remember. I was born and raised a Buckeye and after living away from Columbus for years, jumped at the opportunity to come back home.
I am a graduate of Disney’s College of Knowledge, and have traveled to Walt Disney World or sailed on Disney Cruise Line over 25 times. My favorite vacation ever was the Disney Cruise Line Alaskan cruise that we took at the end of Summer 2017. To say Alaska is breathtaking is putting it mildly! I loved it so much that I’m currently taking classes to become an Alaska Specialist. Learning about and traveling to new places is one of the best parts of my job. I have received specialized training to become a Certified Hawaii Specialist and a Certified Jamaica Specialist. I have also completed training for every major cruise line and I am a Certified Sandals Specialist for Sandals & Beaches resorts.
